Paul Barnett investigates the first twenty years of Christianity after the crucifixion of Jesus. In his review of the period he draws on two main sources: the letters of Paul - 1 Thessalonians, 1 & 2 Corinthians, Galatians, and Romans; and the book of Acts.
Paul Barnett is Visiting Fellow in Ancient History at Macquarie University and teaches at Moore College in Sydney and Regent College in Vancouver. His other books include the two subsequent Arter Jesus volumes - Paul: Missionary of Jesus and Finding the Historical Christ.
